Baked Fish

Baked fish

I use orange roughy for this recipe, but any firm, white fish would be good.

Ingredients
1/4 cup melted butter
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
l to 1-1/2 pounds fish
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Melt butter and stir in seasonings.
  2. Dip fish in butter mixture.  Roll fish in dry bread crumbs, and place in oiled baking dish.  Spoon on remainder of butter mixture.
  3. Bake in 450 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.

Yahoo! rating of the week:
Excellent- " Excellent product at a quite reasonable price - I could not find these items locally, even in the "gourmet" stores. Impressed with the shipping (fast and well packed) and the follow up as well." William E., Sausalito, CA.
