This is a delicious luncheon salad. The curry powder gives it a wonderful color and flavor. Ingredients 2 cups cooked chicken, in bite size pieces 1 20-ounce can chunk pineapple, drained 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 teaspoons curry powder salt and pepper, to taste
