This is one of my husband's favorites. I love the crunchy topping on the chicken. This recipe is simple to prepare, but delicious enough for company. Ingredients l slightly beaten egg dash milk 1/3 cup all-purpose flour l cup pecans, finely ground 2 tablespoons sesame seed l teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a shallow dish, combine egg and a small amount of milk. In another shallow dish, stir together flour, ground pecans, sesame seed, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour melted butter in another shallow dish.
